The first rule of improv is that you always say yes, and to the improv prompt that’s coming your way. When you say no, you stop the flow and things just get...well, boring and stuck.

Life is a lot like improv. We’re all humans trying to navigate a sea of other humans, impulses, inner voices, past hurts, and random events. I help you adopt a “yes, and” attitude toward life and feel like you’re not doing it wrong. 

I’m the person at the party that starts talking to the woman who’s scared to go out on the dance floor with all the 20-year-olds...who ends up with that person dancing our butts off feeling like we are liberating ourselves and said millennials at the same time.
